HIZIBEAN Recycle & Reward Program Terms

• This program is open to customers who donate or recycle authentic HIZIBEAN clothing.

• Customers must submit valid proof of donation or recycling, including a visible HIZIBEAN label or a copy of their order receipt. We will visually match the recycled or donated product with the online order receipt for authenticity.

• Store credit amounts:

  • $5 per top or shorts

  • $10 per dress

• Maximum store credit is $20 per customer per calendar year.

• Customers may participate a maximum of two (2) times per year.

• Store credit:

  • Is issued after manual review

  • Is delivered by email

  • Expires 12 months after issue

  • Is non-transferable and has no cash value

• Store credit cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

• HIZIBEAN reserves the right to deny submissions that appear fraudulent or incomplete.

• Participation in this program is voluntary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

FAQ 

What items are eligible?

Only authentic HIZIBEAN clothing items.

What counts as proof?

A photo of:

• A donation receipt, or

• Your item at a donation center, or

• Placement in a textile recycling bin
  Plus a photo of the HIZIBEAN label, and

• Online order receipt that matches the donated item
• GIFTS without receipts: Simply include the name of the person who gifted the item and let us handle the rest.

How much store credit can I earn?

• Tops & Shorts: $5 each

• Dresses: $10 each
  Up to $20 per year.

How often can I participate?

Up to 2 times per calendar year.

How long does approval take?

Please allow 7–15 business days for review and credit issuance.

Does store credit expire?

Yes. Store credit expires 12 months after it is issued.

Can I combine store credit with other discounts?

No. Store credit cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

What happens if I submit more than $20 worth of items?

Your credit will be capped at $20 for the year.
